Little things about me!

Hi!

In this post I'll talk a little about me.

I'm Flávia and I'm 33 years old.

I found out that I have axial spondyloarthritis 3 months ago and here in Portugal the information that I have about this disease is very deficient. I tried to read and learn about it, and as much as I can. I have a need to talk to someone that live the same as me because I know that sometimes is difficult to accept this (I still haven't accepted).

Let's talk about something else...

All my entire university I learned about environment and WWTP and if you ask me, today, if I'll do again the course, I'll tell you with 100% certainty "NO". I don't regret but if I have to make that choice again, I'll never do. Because? I love my job and my hobbies.

My hobbies? Cake Design and Cupcakes, organize parties, certainly.

About my job is a little more complicated because I loved it. I work at a jewelry factory and art de la table that is almost 150 years. I work with a lot of rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and so on... Everything that women love!

This is all for now.

A lot of kisses and get better always*

Cake Design... One of my hobbies!

Hi! How are you today? Here in this post I'll talk about one of my hobbies... Cake Design! All start in 2012 when me and my boyfriend decided to make different cakes for our mum's birthdays. For all I remember I always loved make cakes and deserts and I do that for my grandparents and they were quite critical. I really like to make and invent some new things.  Below, I will put some photos so you can see. A lot of kisses and get better always*

The past year - Part I

Hi! I promised that I'll be here more often, but guess what... yes, 1 year passed. And "what a year". It was so ruff! A lot of things, a lot of anxiety too.  Until end of March it was ok. The adalimumabe works and I was not suffering to much. But after a nausea, vomiting and a general bad mood I gain eosinophilia, like never before (eosinophilia for me is a known word since 2014, but never in this numbers)! I need to suspend all the meds, and only take Rantudil for pain, the sleeping medicine, because we need to analyze all. I gain liquid in my abdomen (for the second time), and after 3 months go away within a second (or not, I start drinking 2 liters of water a day and this helped a lot). After hematologists, immunoallergologist and a marrow biopsy, the doctors give me medical release because didn't find that adalimumabe as interfered with my eosinophilia.
